Terms of Service — Nuggets

1. Agreement
By downloading or using Nuggets ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What Nuggets Does
Nuggets is a personal note-taking app that lets you capture and organise short notes ("nuggets") on your device. An optional Google Drive backup feature lets you store encrypted copies of your data in your own Google Drive account.
3. Your Account and Data
Your content is yours. You own all notes and data you create in the App.
We cannot access your notes. All data is stored on your device or in your own Google Drive account. We have no backend server and no access to your content.
You are responsible for your content. Do not use the App to store content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
4. Google Drive Integration
If you enable backup:
You authorise Nuggets to read and write files in the app-specific hidden folder of your Google Drive (drive.appdata scope) on your behalf.
You remain subject to Google's Terms of Service.
You can revoke this access at any time from Settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your data will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ymtoh.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of data.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data. To also remove cloud backups, revoke Nuggets' Google Drive access before uninstalling.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
